Dallenwil – Niederrickenbach

The Dallenwil – Niederrickenbach aerial cableway connects the mountain village of Niederrickenbach (alt. 1,158 m) with the Engelberg valley. Niederrickenbach, known as a pilgrim destination, also goes by the name of "Maria-Rickenbach."

Summer
Niederrickenbach is the starting point for easy and more challenging hikes. The town is also especially wheelchair-accessible, making it attractive for visitors with disabilities, too.

Winter
Soak up the sun and get energized while walking or snowshoeing in Niederrickenbach. The village hosts regular guided snowshoe tours. Meanwhile, the Haldigrat area is open to freeriding skiers and snowboarders on weekends
