"Steinalp" Snowshoe Trail

The mountain station of the Dallenwil-Niederrickenbach cable car station is both the beginning and end of this trail. Soak up the sun as you conquer the gentle ascent with its wonderful view of the Brisen region and Engelberg valley. At Alphorn you bear right and follow the signs marking the snowshoe trail. After a short climb over Hermisegg you'll reach Huethütte. The beautiful landscape is like a living fairytale. Afterward you can take your time to Brändlisboden, enjoying great views along the way. The same route will take you back to where you started.
