Beckenried - Klewenalp - Twäregg - Stockhütte - Emmetten - Beckenried

From Beckenried, you take the cable car to up to Klewenalp. The winter hiking trail leads you along Klewenboden and past the lovely Klewenalp Chapel. At Aengi, you may decide to take the chairlift up to the snow bar, where you can enjoy a dreamy view of Lake Lucerne and central Switzerland. Otherwise, you continue along the path to Stockhütte. A short climb brings you to Twäregg, where you'll be rewarded with an unforgettable view of Mount Mythen and Brunnen. Then the trail leads you through snowy woods and down to the Stockhütte cableway station. The cable car brings you back to Emmetten and the PostAuto back to Beckenried.
